Pastor Neil's journey in ministry started in 2005 when he came on staff at a church in Blue Springs, MO as an assistant youth pastor. He has had a number of roles within the church since then: worship leader, intern director, youth pastor, associate pastor, children's pastor, local and global missions director, assimilation and connection pastor, groups pastor, executive leadership, etc. He has enjoyed serving in the local church in each and every role. 

Neil loves meeting with people one-on-one, hearing their stories, as well as encouraging and celebrating who they are in Christ.

On a personal note, he and his wife Katie have been married since 2006. Katie is a pastor's kid and grew up serving in the church. She has led alongside Neil over the years in a number of different ways. She is a leader and has an incredible shepherding heart for people.

They have five amazing, and sometimes crazy, children: Destiny, Gabriel, Jocelyn, Lucious, and Judah. They are a fun-loving family. They enjoy playing games, watching movies, and having people over for dinner. Their whole family loves to laugh!
